First, pick where it's going. Gavelist builds the file to match your platform - High Bid, Live Auctioneers, Proxeebid, BidWrangler, eBay, or a generic spreadsheet.
Click the one you use. Gavelist maps every field - titles, descriptions, lot numbers, photos - into that platform's exact layout.
Next, Export Options. Decide what images ride along - full size photos, thumbnails, or both.
Send all your lots, or just a slice - All Lots, or a Custom Range with a from and to number.
Two more filters if you want them: only the lots you've marked Reviewed, or only lots with descriptions.
The sample preview shows the first rows exactly as your platform will see them - check the mapping before you send it.
It's your safety net too - if the sample looks short, a filter is still on. Flip back to All Lots, and the full catalog returns.
Now export. Download CSV gives you the spreadsheet - Export ZIP bundles the photos too, which is what most platforms want.
That's export - pick the format, set the options, check the sample, and download. From here it's straight into your platform. Next - Intelligence, what your results tell you after the sale.
